Order Processing
At FitVibers, we work hard to get your gear to you fast.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or product backorders, we’ll notify you immediately via email with updated shipping estimates.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide!
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or from your FitVibers account page.
Damages or Lost Packages
FitVibers is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@fitvibers.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
